I would like to introduce you all to the two newest members of our family!
Alice and Dinah are 6 weeks old and I am smitten with my new kittens. I bet you will be too. Alice is the orange/tortoise short hair(the one in the back) and Dinah is the gray long hair (the one in the front).
This is the day we decided to let the little love smooshies join our family. Can you tell that I am quite happy with this decision?
Princess Jasmine met her new sisters and is quite happy. Although, she is a bit too excited and doesn't realize how much bigger she is than them. We are trying to teach her that kittens, are not toys, no matter how small and squeaky they are. This lesson is proving to be difficult considering the fact that Alice's favorite spot to sleep is Jasmine's toy box.
Well, that's all for now. We're all a bit exhausted from our long weekend of getting adjusted. Sleep tight my pets!
Look at that. They are pretty darned adorable.

ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful kittens...love all kinds of pets but cats are my favorite...Still working on hubby to get one - he is a dog person. We had a dog for 14 years and she died, so he is not ready for pets yet....maybe someday....
ReplyDeleteHello, new follower from the Social Hop. Your new fur babies are adorable! The kitten with the longer fur...has beautiful markings around her eyes. Right now we have 8 kittens from 2 mothers ...who are mother and daughter...mother was sent to get fixed but couldn't be as she was already w/child. Needless to say, each mother had two gray tigers, a black tiger and a black marble. We put the kittens together in the living room to play yesterday...you couldn't tell whose kittens belonged to which mother. We will keep one of the kittens and the rest will go to good homes...and momma's are getting fixed.
ReplyDeleteGotta love those kitties, right? I've got several of my own. Already had one but a semi-feral mama brought two different litters to me last summer and fall, and I kept one from each litter. I was able to trap and get her spayed and she still hangs around outside, but no more babies!
