Control Journal

As part of the Flylady.net program I had to create a Control Journal that would help me keep my routines in order and help me organize my life.

I made the journal based on their suggestions but ignored the most important part... The part where they say make it work for YOU and not just to follow it blindly.

So this weekend I reworked it a bit b/c there was NO way I was getting everything done on the days it was telling me to do everything.

This is my Weekly Chores broken down by the day of the week. Feel free to steal it and make it your own. You'd be amazed at how much this program really helps.

  1. I need a list.... It would make life so much easier. Unfortunately, all I want to do when I get home is play with the kids....

  2. A good cup of tea or chai and cookies. What a combo!

  3. @ASBLACKASOBAMA Lists are a great way to actually get stuff done. I find it helps me sleep better at night too. Instead of stressing about the things that need to get done the next day/week/month whatever I write it all out before bed.
    I fall asleep much quicker.
I might not get the whole list done, but I at least have a starting point.

@Californian mmmm a good cup of tea in general makes me very happy.
