Workout Wednesday 9-1-10


I am so lucky/blessed to be able to bring Workout Wednesday back so soon after changing it to Work Search Wednesday.

I have not done much working out the past few weeks. However, I have lost a little over 10lbs due to stress and I plan on taking advantage of that. I have started really watching what I eat and I am trying to come up with a game plan for getting back to the gym.

I want to go to the gym at least 3 times a week. For real. I think I am comfortable enough to go alone if I have to. I will just plug in my earphones, and listen to music and then be done. I'll be fine. I can do it.

I also need to hook my Wii back up so that I can start using my Wii Fit and other "games" when/if I don't go to the gym.

I really wish I had a treadmill but we have no where to put it, so even if they weren't 8 billion dollars I probably couldn't have one anyway. I do however have a lot of stairs. Hopefully Jasmine will get the hang of walking on a leash soon and we can start going for walks.

My goal is to lose 8lbs this month. Wish me luck.

  1. you can do it! once you get into the routine of going to the gym, it becomes easier to go several times a week without really trying to.

  2. Oh I love the Wii fit, if I ever get off my lazy butt I have use mine! I am a hula hooping queen, sometimes anyways!

    I too am on a weight loss mission! so far, I have failed though!! Good luck to you!

  3. You can do this without stress ;) I've been going through similar work to get myself in shape & it's hard, SO hard but worth the effort to feel better overall.
