That's right, it's back! I am feeling inspired after losing 5lbs since eating more at home the past week or two and I want to keep it going. I just have to accept that it's okay if I don't follow the menu exactly.
This week Friday, Saturday, and Sunday have entrees listed in the 1st side dish section. Those are the meals we will prepare if we do not follow through with this weekend's plans. Aren't you proud of me? I even thought ahead and made "what if" menu choices!
